Rocca delle Macìe Cabernet Sauvignon Roccato
2015Spec sheet
The wine
Cabernet Sauvignon Roccato shows a very intense ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. The nose is broad and persistent, with hints of red fruits and spices ranging from cocoa, vanilla to coffee. The sip is warm and well balanced, with a dense network of tannins that well support and sustain the long aromatic persistence. Long aging wine, it goes well with important dishes of red meats and game, as well as aged cheeses.
