The wine
Bolgheri Sassi Sparsi red wine produced by the Tuscan company Rocca delle Macìe shows an intense ruby red color. The scent is intense and broad with fruity aromas and delicate notes of Mediterranean scrub. The sip in the mouth is soft and well structured, it has a pleasant freshness and good aromatic persistence. Medium aging wine, versatile, which goes well with different gastronomic proposals.
