The wine
The Franciacorta Brut signed Ricci Curbastro, has a brilliant straw yellow color. Rich and abundant foam with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is slightly floral, elegant, of considerable intensity, medium notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. The sip is structured but soft and creamy despite its dry taste, fruity aftertaste, long and balanced finish. Excellent as an aperitif and with snacks, soft cheeses and more delicate fish dishes.
