The wine
Vin Santo Castello di Brolio has an amber yellow color in the glass. On the nose hints of hazelnut cream, almond and dried fig. The taste is soft, sweet, voluminous and enveloping. The aftertaste is long and complex with a finish that brings back to the olfactory sensations.
