The wine
The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Castello di Brolio is undoubtedly the spearhead of the Ricasoli company's production. In the glass it shows a beautiful intense ruby red color with reflections that turn to garnet; on the nose it expresses wide and articulated sensations that translate into floral and fruity notes, spicy sensations and balsamic and aromatic herbs. The sip is warm, enveloping, harmonious and seductive. It closes with a long finish. Perfect to accompany rich and important dishes. Excellent in combination with red meat.
