The wine
Mosesco is a Dolcetto d'Alba produced by the Prunotto estate, owned by the Marquises Antinori. This Piedmontese red wine has a ruby color with purple reflections. The nose is vinous, with fresh hints of flowers, in particular violet and fruit such as cherry are perceptible. The taste is full, dry, balanced, with excellent typicality and an elegant final almond flavor that accompanies a light note of wood. Perfect for the whole meal in combination with a land menu; from Piedmontese appetizers, to Plin ravioli, to roast.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
