The wine

Strain strain selection of the upper part of the La Esperilla estate in Clavijo. This area of the farm has silt-sandy soils, with little vigor, where the plant naturally regulates the load. The size of the clusters is smaller to provide a great concentration accompanied by an excellent acidity. Malolactic fermentation in 225 l French oak barrels. After aging for 10 months, it goes to fudres of 2,500 l for 7 months after which the tuning is done in concrete tanks. It has a ruby red color with purple highlights, the nose is fruity, balsamic and spicy. The palate is fresh, complex, with well integrated wood and silky tannins. Long finish
