The wine

A young wine with a short stay in barrel that provides body and structure.

A dark morello cherry colour, almost opaque, this wine has a fine intensity of aroma on the nose with well-ripened fruit (plums), smoky and balsamic notes. A medium-bodied palate, with just enough acidity, it is flavoursome, powerful and ends with a good finish.

After spending 4 months in American and French oak barrels, it rests for 5 months in bottle.
