The wine
Yellow wine, tinged with bright gold, with a floral (rose), aromatic, fruity scent (apple, banana, peach, apricot). In the background there are pleasant notes of cinnamon and cloves. It is an excellent aperitif and match wine, well suited to fish dishes with soft sauces, with shellfish with sweet meat such as scampi, prawns, lobsters, lobsters.
