The wine
Pojer and Sandri Sauvignon is an engaging and juicy wine, with a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose plays on sensations of elderberry, passion fruit, grapefruit, sage, boxwood and white peach. On the palate it is surprising for its agility: fresh and savory, but well balanced and with a long persistence with citrine references. Perfect with appetizers and dishes based on shellfish, with linguine with pesto, rice with asparagus or artichokes and white meats with sauce.
