The wine
Light ruby red wine, transparent. With a persistent scent of wild berries, strawberries, raspberries. Palate perfectly copying the nose, with a nice density, generous and exalting the fruit: a blueberry with the right viscosity, impeccable cleanliness. It goes well with red meats (stewed roast) interesting pairing with dark meat poultry such as guinea fowl, pigeons, ducks, geese. It can also be accompanied with fish, such as tuna tartare and smoked salmon.
