The wine
Sforzato is made from Nebbiolo grapes laid out to ripen on wooden racks. Thanks to this natural drying method, the wine reaches an alcohol content of about 14.5 degrees. This particular process, to which the grapes are subjected, also determines a reduction in acidity and the formation of particular aromatic substances that make Sforzato a wine with a very soft and unmistakable structure.
