Plozza Rosso di Valtellina

Plozza is a wine for very special moments of pleasure, a Nebbiolo. With its high alcohol content it is certainly not a wine to drink hastily. It takes time, passion, large burgundy glasses and the company of a person who loves to be seduced slowly. At sight it has a ruby red color with reflections that tend to garnet; the nose expresses an explosion of fruit with spicy references, the sip is full-bodied and soft, with a well-balanced tannic texture. Good final persistence. Perfect in combination with second courses of meat, grilled meat, roasted meat, steaks. Perfect with aged cheeses or first courses enriched with tasty sauces.
