The wine
Nebbiolo N ° 1 Numero Uno produced by the Plozza winery has a brilliant ruby red color; on the nose it expresses hints of withered flowers and violets, notes of fruit jams and spicy touches. On the palate the sip is soft, enveloping, with a pleasant acid-savory vein. It closes with a long finish rich in balsamic echoes. It goes well with complex dishes based on red meat and game.
