The wine
Etna Bianco di Planeta is a vibrant wine that stands out for its freshness and minerality. At sight it has a pale golden yellow color; fruity hints of peach alternate with citrus notes and flavors of dried fruit, creating a clear and mineral aromatic bouquet. The sip is enveloping in the mouth, soft, fresh and savory, with fruity aftertaste that recall the sense of smell. Excellent with fish dishes.
