The wine
Slightly effervescent, Pizzicato is produced from the Muscat Hamburg (Black Muscat) grape variety, a red grape originally from Germany, and a cross between the Muscat of Alexandria and Trollinger varieties (grown in the Italian region of South Tyrol).
NOTE on production method: once the wine has been filtered and is ready for bottling, a small amount of carbon dioxide gas is added.
To serve as an aperitif or not linked to any particular meal. Also ideal for accompanying starters, pasta dishes and pizzas.
