The wine
A single varietal Chinuri originating from vines planted at an altitude of 500 metres in the village of Mukhrani. Fermented with native yeasts in qvevri buried in the ground and aged in the same container for 9 months.
A light and fresh white, with a delicate nose adorned with flowers, apples and grass, and a vibrant palate with flavours of fruit that's rather acidic, reminiscent of passion fruit and lime.
