The wine

The Ex Ex Collection started out in 1992 as a project for conducting experiments to study the influence of certain factors, such as harvesting at different points of ripeness, the terrain, its orientation, irrigation, and what effects they were having on the quality of the wine. The project was able to collate the results from a special plot used as an experimental vineyard and a new microvinification cellar, then use the data obtained in the creation of new wines.

Some of this experimentation resulted in wines of extremely high quality, not easy to reproduce on a grand scale, and therefore they are presented to those who appreciate fine wines as EXceptional EXperiments.
