The wine
The Catarratto Kelbi is a Sicilian white wine produced by the Pellegrino company; at sight it has a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish hues. The sensation on the nose is pleasant and inviting, composed of pleasant notes of citrus, lime and white flowers and hints of almonds and orange blossoms. A wine that brings with it the scents of Sicily and perfect to drink during the hot summer evenings, in fact with its overwhelming freshness and softness it goes well with traditional and non-traditional fish dishes.
