The wine
The white Gibelè of the Pellegrino cellars is made from Zibibbo grapes. At sight it is straw yellow in color; aromatic and floral notes of sage, jasmine and lavender intertwine with hints of white pulp fruit. On the palate it is intense and medium-bodied, with a beautiful acidity and flavor and excellent aromatic persistence. Perfect as an accompaniment to light dishes and fish dishes. Excellent with molluscs and crustaceans.
