Pedrotti Bouquet Brut

Pedrotti Bouquet summarizes in its simplicity the characteristics of the Metodo Classico Trentodoc sparkling wine, a mountain sparkle born and matured in the Dolomites. Its composition, 100% Chardonnay, combined with a refinement that is not excessively prolonged but rather extensive to give it character, gives it a great elegance and a pleasant freshness, perfect quality to make it the star of an aperitif.

Brilliant in its straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has a fine, numerous and persistent effervescence. Intense to the nose and of fine quality, it shows floral and fruity scents of fresh white fruit, as well as pleasing mineral notes. Tasting is dry, but with slightly enveloping notes and with a nice acidity to enhance its freshness. Clear mineral notes accompany the flavor.
