The wine
It has an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections; on the nose it expresses aromas of red fruits and violets, with hints of spices and balsamic herbs. Mentholated scents, with elegant sensations of pomegranate, cloves and pepper complete an intense and multifaceted bouquet. The flavour is powerful and warm, with enveloping tannins, which are silky and tamed, but with significant freshness. The persistence is good, in splendid equilibrium. Perfect paired with red meat, game and ragùs.
