The wine
One of the best Etna crus presents us every year with scarce few bottles of one of Italy's most highly sought-after wines. Originating from a vineyard under organic cultivation situated at an altitude of 1,000 metres, the Petit Verdot and Cesanese di Affile varieties, with the latter very common in the Lazio region, give rise to this floral, fruity and exceptionally mineral wine. Full and warm on the palate, thanks to judicious ageing in new barrels and concrete tanks.
