The wine
This South Tyrolean Passito from the Colterenzio winery has a golden yellow color; it is a wine of high concentration and intensity. Its aroma is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as mango and pineapple. The dried fruit and caramel notes are also clearly recognizable. In the mouth it arouses an incredible variety of sensations: freshness, vivacity, elegance and fullness. Its qualities of finesse and sweetness match well with sweets; if you want to dare, it can be accompanied by blue cheeses.
