The wine
The Valle d'Itria PGI Minutolo Bianco is a wine produced by the Paololeo company; to the eye it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections; intense and complex bouquet, with floral and fruity aromas; predominance of notes of rose, peach and tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. Consistent, balanced taste with excellent acidity. Fresh and pleasant finish, with an aftertaste of tropical fruits. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany delicate appetizers and fish dishes.
