The wine
Straw yellow color. The scent is extremely pleasant, intoxicates with fruity notes of fresh almond, medlar, apricot and white peach and then yields aromas of geranium, sage and pepper.
The taste is intense, full, rich, warm, velvety and savory. A convincing wine that shows great determination, agility and balance.
Excellent as an aperitif alongside the excellent San Daniele Prosciutto Crudo; excellent pairing with fish dishes, some suggestions: fried cod, grilled shrimp, grilled or baked white fish, seafood tagliatelle.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
