The wine
At sight it is striking for its brilliance and luminosity; the color is straw yellow with a greenish tinge. The scent is very varied and elegant; floral notes (hawthorn and magnolia) and fruity notes (grapefruit and pineapple) linked and amalgamated by vanilla scents on which the characteristic mineral notes are grafted with aging. The taste is fragrant, pulpy and structured, articulated in the hints that refer to the olfactory sensations, but well balanced with a persistent aftertaste that fades towards almond notes. Combination with fish first courses, shellfish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, preparations with saffron.
