The wine
Bright appearance, light straw color with greenish reflection. Articulated, dense and delicate bouquet with notes that recall first the flowers (broom and linden) then fresh fruit (green apple, pear and grapefruit). The taste is balanced, dry, fragrant thanks to the right acidity which highlights the fruity and citrus sensations. Aftertaste of pleasant persistence and slightly bitter. Pairing with vegetable soups, fish, white meats, fresh cheeses, fries.
