The wine
Palai Muller Thurgau is an intense and engaging wine with a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses an intense, aromatic and broad perfume with hints of limoncella and peach. It marries wonderfully with a good dish of "strangolapreti" with butter and sage, a typical Trentino dish, and in general with all dishes flavored with herbs. Also delicious as an aperitif.
