Piacevole scoperta

Vino particolarissimo a partire dal vitigno utilizzato che è raro trovare in purezza anche vinificato in rosso! Lo stile è altrettanto particolare perché è molto carico di colore e di gradazione alcolica per essere un rosato! Alla degustazione si fa apprezzare per i profumi di ciliegie e amarene e per la grande morbidezza ! Unici difetti la gradazione alcolica che si fa sentire appena sale la temperatura ed il fatto di essere un po’ monocorde! È comunque un vino che ricomprerei volentieri soprattutto da bere freddo con piatti di carne nella stagione estiva!

Sehr fruchtig und voll, Nase und Mund ein Hauch süsslich aber nicht aufdringlich. Abgang leicht herb und lange anhaltend. Schöne Farbe. Frisch und knackig. Perfekter wird ein Rosé nicht. Die Petit Verdot-Traube ist reinsortig schon etwas besonderes, auch als Rotwein.
