The wine
Light pressing, maceration on the skins for 6 months and spontaneous fermentation in amphora. Racking and aging in amphora for another 6 months. Our Wine's Saperavi Grand Cru Akhoebi is an intimate and impenetrable red wine. Of earth, black fruits, spices and flowers, in the mouth it gives rise to all its vigor, with a deep, powerful and concentrated sip, backed by the right dose of freshness, tannins and length.
