The wine
Bonarda di Orlandi is a red wine typical of the Oltrepò Pavese obtained from croatina grapes. After the first fermentation on the skins in a stainless steel tank, it receives a natural vivacity during the second fermentation in autoclave at a controlled temperature. Excellent to taste with red meat dishes, such as roasts and braised meats. It also goes well with aged cheeses.
Attilio Orlandi, a man from the Oltrpò Pavese already known for his knowledge of vineyards and with the idea in mind to make the best of his wine, chooses a hill in Montù Beccaria and establishes his own farm.Drinking and storing
