The wine
The organically-grown Garnacha Blanca grapes grow in a spot with strongly contrasting day and night temperatures in the far west of Cataluña. Fermentation stops, with no alcohol added, when the wine reaches an alcohol content of 15%, leaving about 100 grams of residual sugar. Afterwards, the wine rests in a 'solera' of French barrels for two years. The result? An extraordinary wine that's naturally sweet with aromas of fruits, flowers and honey.
