The wine

Oloroso Seco Faraón is an exceptional fortified wine from the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry region of Andalusia, Spain. Made from the Palomino Fino grape variety, this dry Oloroso stands out for its complexity, depth and elegance, the result of a long process of oxidative ageing in oak barrels under the traditional system of soleras and criaderas.

To the eye, Oloroso Seco Faraón has an attractive dark amber colour with coppery highlights. On the nose, it displays an aromatic intensity marked by notes of nuts such as walnuts and hazelnuts, accompanied by nuances of noble wood, leather, spices and a touch of toasted caramel. On the palate, it is dry, structured and powerful, with a silky texture and a long, lingering finish that leaves hints of dried fruits and light saline notes, characteristic of the best sherries.

This Oloroso is ideal for pairing with game meats, hearty stews, cured cheeses and Iberian cured meats. It is also perfect to enjoy on its own, as an aperitif or at the end of a meal, thanks to its richness and complexity.

Buy online Oloroso Seco Faraón and enjoy delivery in the UK. Discover the essence of sherry in every glass and add an authentic Andalusian touch to your collection - order today and savour the tradition and character of one of Spain's great fortified wines!
