Spec sheet
The wine
Generous wine of traditional aging with an approximate average age of 14 years. It comes from a third leg, formed by a Solera and a 1st and 2nd Criaderas with 17, 16 and 15 fat boots respectively. The lines are sprinkled with wines already raised. We will make no more than two bags per year for a total of 4500 liters, to maintain the personality and old age of our wine. It is bottled on the branch, without stabilizing, only with a slight filtering, to maintain the same qualities as in the boot.
