The wine
Cefalicchio Ponte della Lama is an intense and original rosé, cherry red in color with vivid purple hues. The nose reveals a bouquet of great fragrance, with hints of wild strawberries and pomegranate in evidence. In the mouth it is soft, warm, balanced and with a pleasant "petillant". Suitable to accompany Italian appetizers, salmon canapes, fresh spreadable cheeses, vegetable pies, fried food and noble poultry.
