The wine
Only the finest grapes, selected in the vineyards of Tenuta Nobili, are left to dry for at least three months, on wooden racks, in sunny and ventilated fruit rooms. Lo Sforzato is one of the symbolic wines of Valtellina, a dry passito produced by the ripening of the grapes. Montescale is ruby red in color with reflections that turn to garnet; the olfactory examination is characteristic and refers to red fruit in syrup and raisins, with hints of balsamic herbs. The sip is full and soft, warms the mouth and refers to the intense notes of red fruits. Excellent in combination with rich meat dishes and aged cheeses.
