The wine
Sesia Croatina is a Piedmontese dry red wine; at sight it has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses intense aromas of red fruits and notes of black pepper and other spices. The sip is dry, slightly astringent because of the tannins and with a slightly bitter finish. Excellent in combination with beef, lamb and game. Also perfect with aged cheeses.
