The wine
Bramaterra is a place that does not exist in reality but in the mind of those who imagine it, it is an ancient name that the producers of this wine give to a Nebbiolo of wild nobility, accompanied by other autochthonous varieties from the highlands of Piedmont, austere and severe like volcanic rocks from which it comes from, but also gentle and elegant.
At sight it is ruby red in color; the nose reveals aromas of red fruit, in particular cassis and blackberries in jam and spicy hints of cinnamon and black pepper. The sip is dry and well balanced and harmonious. Excellent in combination with meat dishes, game and game.
