The wine
Coupage of white varieties grown in vineyards located in the heart of La Rioja between 700 and 800 meters of altitude, on limestone soils of Cretaceous origin. After the manual harvest, the wine ferments and is raised, on its own lees, for 5 months in French oak barrels. Later it rests in bottle for 3 months more before its commercialization.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish trim. It has a wide aromatic intensity, where the fruits of bone predominate in combination with the vanilla notes of the fermentation in the barrel and the sweetness of the aging on lees. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with a long finish and a very fruity retronasal.

Nivarius is the first winery of DOC Rioja that fully produces quality white wines. It is what sets them apart. It is what makes...
