The wine
Whole cluster maceration and spontaneous fermentation in kvevri. Aging in the same for 2 years. Nika Bakhia's Rkatsiteli Dato Noah is an intense and deep macerated white wine. Vigorous and penetrating, it envelops the mouth, dense and tannic, but also taut and snappy. An unexpectedly satisfying and meaty drink.
