The wine
Sparkling wine obtained from Chardonnay grapes fermented with the Charmat method in an autoclave for about thirty days. It is a purely "summer" wine: dry, slightly fragrant, thirst-quenching and undemanding. Excellent for snacks, pizza and as an aperitif.
