The wine
The grape harvest is slightly late, with soft vinification and cold fermentation in steel. A long aging on the lees follows. The wine obtained is light gold in color, with bright reflections, a delicate mouth and very salified acidity. The authoritative thickness of typicality is evident. Exotic, candied and citrus notes, warmth and great persistence appear on the nose. It goes well with fish dishes, soups, pasta or rice first courses, white meats and convivial moments.
