The wine
Muri-Gries Weissburgunder is a fresh and juicy wine, pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses a very versatile and intense aromatic bouquet, dominated by fruity notes of ripe apple combined with an exotic hint of citrus; also perceptible hints of hazelnut and spices, in particular of white pepper. In the mouth it shows character and elegance: a full, structured, creamy, savory and mineral sip, with a long and fresh aftertaste. Excellent on ravioli with spinach and ricotta, dumplings with cheese, white meat and poultry. Also suitable for accompanying seafood, tasty fish and grilled trout recipes.
