The wine
Muri-Gries Muller Thurgau is a fresh and aromatic wine, pale straw yellow in color with light greenish hues. The nose is intensely harmonious, with notes of muscat, pepper, aromas of elderberry and acacia flowers. The taste is elegant, fresh, young, with a pleasant, pleasant and inviting acidity to drink, sapid and mineral, with a long and light aftertaste. Ideal in combination with appetizers, bites and finger-food based on fish or meat, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
