The wine
This Primitivo Malbek from the Morella company has an intense ruby red color. Notes of ripe fruit intertwine with spicy hints and memories of wet earth, creating an intense and complex aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is tasty, elegant and well balanced body. Good softness. Pretty persistent finish. Ideal paired with meat sauces and structured second courses.
