The wine
The color is a pale red, transparent and crystalline. Intense notes of violet, green pepper and raspberry emerge on the nose. Strong minerality on the palate combines perfectly with freshness. The characteristics were donated by a predominantly limestone, stony and very rich in galestro territory. The long persistence denotes an important body and structure, excellent to drink and with silky and soft tannins that enhance its elegance.
