The wine
The Prima Cuvée comes from the flower must of chardonnay, pinot bianco and pinot nero grapes suitably blended with reserve wines. He is the ambassador of the Monte Rossa style in the world as well as the wine produced in greater quantities by the Bornato winery which for years has been exclusively dedicated to the production of elegant bubbles.
