The wine
Monte Rossa Flamingo Rosa is a fine rosy pink sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of berries and violets, embellished with slightly spicy hints. In the mouth it is fresh, quite savory, centered and greedy. Quick, it closes with a decidedly long, very pleasant finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with stuffed pasta first courses, white meats, grilled or steamed fish. Also try it on a crunchy marinara pizza.
