The wine
La Borla shows a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense and composed bouquet. At first glance, the hints of red fruits (currants and strawberries) involve us, secondly we perceive the classic hints of passage in barriques reminiscent of vanilla and spices. It is an extremely fine and elegant bouquet that is characteristic of Pinot Noir, present in grapes. Savory and velvety red wine. Excellent in combination with feathered game such as the pheasant in cream of champignons, or with seasoned cheeses. Try it in combination with the tagliata.
